“I have always had a really positive experience here! From the start I feel respected and at ease, this is something that can be hard to find. The environment is clearly inclusive and affirming, and the practitioner brings both skill and care to their work. I’d absolutely recommend this space to anyone, especially folks who value feeling safe and seen during bodywork.”

“I can’t say enough great things about Clare’s work! She completely changed what I expect from a massage!

Her level of skill and attention to detail stands out right away. Nothing feels routine—she’s really working with what your body actually needs in the moment, and you can feel the difference.

I climb and have had a shoulder injury, plus deal with chronic pain, and she has been incredible at adapting what is going on. Whether I’ve come in super tight from climbing or dealing with an endo flare, she knows how to adjust without me having to over-explain anything. I always leave feeling like something actually shifted in a lasting way. There’s depth to her work that’s hard to put into her words, but you feel it.

Would recommend her to anyone looking for someone who really honors whatever you’re coming in for and meets you there.
